From Drawing to Hardware
FrayFox builds the electrical connections that bring complex systems together.
From individual wire assemblies and cable harnesses to complete electrical assemblies, we turn engineering requirements into finished hardware built for the environment it will operate in.
Our work spans the path from design and documentation to fabrication, connector termination, assembly, and inspection. Whether building to an existing drawing or supporting the development of a new assembly, we bring the perspective of both the engineer and the person who has to physically build it.
Build
Wire Harnesses & Cable Assemblies
Purpose-built assemblies manufactured to defined electrical and mechanical requirements.
Electrical Assemblies
Integrated assemblies that bring multiple components, connectors, and circuits together into a finished unit.
Connector Termination
Precision termination and assembly across the connector systems required by the application.
Engineer
Electrical Drawings & Schematics
Clear electrical documentation that communicates how systems are connected and how assemblies are built.
CAD & Layout
Detailed layouts developed with manufacturing, installation, and serviceability in mind.
Integrate
System Interfaces
Electrical interfaces connecting mission computers, avionics, and other aircraft systems.
From Design to Assembly
We understand the relationship between what is drawn, what is built, and how it ultimately functions within the larger system.
Built from Experience
FrayFox is built on 15 years of experience with special-mission aircraft and the electrical systems that support them.
That experience spans military aviation, ISR, law enforcement, and search-and-rescue aircraft—from hands-on fabrication and wire harness assembly to electrical design, system integration, and system-level architecture.
Knowledge is built on the floor. It comes from physically building, wiring, troubleshooting, modifying, and integrating systems, then carrying that knowledge back into the design.
That perspective is at the heart of FrayFox.
We understand the drawing because we’ve built what’s on it.
